”Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful.”

”We stayed here for the Eagles parade and it was absolutely perfect. The beds are super comfortable and the apartment was roomy and had everything that was needed. For the prior complaints about noise, I think it's somewhat unrealistic of expectations. It's in a dense part of a major city and will have major city noise. Having grown up in Philadelphia and staying with two five year olds, we had no issues with noise during sleep. Would gladly stay here again.”

”Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. ”

”Great staff. Excellent communication. Room very nice. Clean. Spacious. New remodel. Modern farmhouse decor feel. The single issue I had was the loud heating system right next to my bed in my room. I got very little sleep and it put a big dent in my otherwise lovely stay. I had adjoining rooms with my son and grandkids, and it did not bother my son at all. Same sound in his room. He said it “lulled” him to sleep. Not me. LOL. So if you need quiet in order to sleep, maybe ask about a quieter...

”The property is beautiful and we really loved the location. Unfortunately, the fact that there is no parking nearby was a problem. The closest garage parking was almost a mile away at the Constitution Center. It was very inconvenient and when we arrived late at night it’s was a far walk in the dark. Our other complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were very loud all through the night. One of the bedrooms back up to the metal stairs and when someone walks up them late at night it is...

”The room was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The building itself made the stay a 4 instead of a 5. Walls were very thin so we could hear the TV from the apartments on both sides clearly and the loft feature meant it was tough to heat resulting in the room being on the cooler side. I am not upset I stayed there. Location was ideal for what we were looking for and having a kitchen was wonderful. ”

”We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday, Girls Trip style. This house is beautiful and was exactly what we needed. The grounds were very icy due to the harsh weather conditions but the host made sure to send someone out to plow and salt right away. We had so much fun. I will definitely book with this host the next time I visit the Poconos. ”

Great location

"A very good hotel in central location. Great front desk service. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but that’s basically the only downside, everything else was close to perfect. Within walking distance from everything! Recommend!"
