”Location was great and the area was buzzing with activity. Two lawsons 1-3 mins walk from the hotel. What is best was the service. Our son hurt his knee and the hotel staff went out of the way to look for a clinic for us, book a taxi to the clinic, and did follow ups after that, even leaving a note when they didn’t see us that evening. ”Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store. ”

”Nice hotel in a great location near Gion. Lots of food options nearby. Very walkable and near subway. Check in and check out were no-contact and easy. You cannot transport luggage to this hotel because they do not always have staff manning the front desk. You can transport luggage to Yamato Transport which is about a 15 min walk from the hotel. Room is good size and clean. Beds were comfortable. ”

"Iso ja kaunis aula.Aamupalabuffet kauniilla näköalalla yli Koben,huone oli iso ja moderni,hieno näköala.Hotelli sijaitsi saaressa,rauhallisella alueella.Kuljetuspalvelu Shinkansen-asemalle ja Koben keskustaan oli iso apu hotellivieraalle ja plussaa,tulen ehdottomasti uudelleen tähän hotelliin jos matkani suuntautuu Kobeen.Pidin hotellista ja olin tyytyväinen."
