”Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time.”

”The property is in great location in Gion which is walkable to a lot of tourist attractions. It’s not too far (15-20 min walk) from the Nishiki market. There is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel and the closest train station is about a 12 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and having a sauna in the room was very nice. There is free laundry machines by the lobby, however plan accordingly because the dryer takes 3-4 hours to dry a load. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay...

”Struttura locata in una posizione molto strategica, per visitare a piedi molti luoghi di interesse, a soli 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus, supermercati e ristoranti a pochi passi e in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Gion. La camera è moderna e molto spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi, inoltre dispone di una piccola cucina e di una lavatrice. La consiglio vivamente. ”

”This place was top notch and the best accommodation during our 2.5 weeks in Japan. Centrally located and close to the train station and bus terminal for local busses. It was immaculately clean and extremely spacious. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully. And the feel of an apartment was a welcome change compared to the smaller typical accommodations in Japan. The person at the desk was very helpful and if they were not around, used the tablet provided to phone in for help. ”

The room was huge which so good when travelling with 3 teenagers, clothes washing and drying facilities, staff went above and beyond with helping us with any questions. Close to transport, markets, shopping, all key Kyoto sites. I cannot recommend it enough! ”
