”Great location. Nice place to stay for a getaway. The beach house has everything you need. Plenty of parking, and easy entry. I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. The property manager seemed helpful and we got in with no issues. ”We only stayed for a couple of nights, but loved the apartment and location. Clean, newly renovated post hurricanes (fall 2024), we had everything we needed. Even though this apartment is on the lower level of a larger house where the owner resides, it is very private, easy entrance. Evan was amazing, super responsive host! ”Loved this studio! It is cozy and has everything and more needed for the stay. Clean, recently updated, private. Never heard a sound. Location is great for Venice. Two people can stay here but it seemed better for one. Laurie was a gracious host and provided all that was needed. Great with communication. I’ll definitely be back when I come back to Venice.
