Met our Need
The property was ok, fairly easy access to the beach. One bedroom had giant windows overlooking the main path of the property and did not have curtains. It was nice to be able to have our dog though and no huge fee for him to be with us. It was a perfect spot for our families long weekend

Great little condo
The condo was great! There are cosmetic things that could be improved, but it’s the coast and a dog friendly place so these little things are not surprising or an issue. We had a wonderful stay. It’s a quick walk down to the beach, the condo was cozy and had everything we needed.

Starfish 3
We had a nice visit at starfish 3. The unit accommodated well for our family of five, with pets. (Three adults and two children. Two dogs). The cleanliness of the property was pretty satisfactory. Stove, counters and fridge were clean and ready for use. Some cobwebs in the bathroom and other corners of the unit can easily be tidied up by the cleaning crew 🙂 Beds were neat and tidy and comfortable. For it being pet friendly, we appreciated the unit not smelling of other animals. It was nice to be able to walk down just a few steps to let our dogs out to go potty. And just a little walk further to the beach was a nice adventure! We appreciated the dog extra bowls that were available, as well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the necessary utensils needed to function- aside from no baking sheet or pot holders that we could see. We did bring our own cast iron skillet so that worked well for us 😊 Thank you again so much for the stay! We will come back to visit again! 😃

The picture must’ve been from when they barely started renting it out because it definitely does not match, dirty when we arrived. The view of the ocean was amazing and easy access to beach.

Okay but not much more
This stay was for our anniversary and on paper this place seemed perfect: Large and near the beach. In practice, it was pretty much just "average." First, we struggled to crack the code to get inside as the "lock" was a touch old, but more importantly, the code was WAY too long to type in before a problem glitched it. We did get in and the space had two rooms, a kitchen, a sitting area, and of course, a restroom. Also, the beach was very much within walking distance, so for those attributes, I could put up with the complex entrance. Even though I should have taken notes on the location, it is a drab space between two Lincoln City hotter spots. Being between means we had no real aesthetic touches...just a busy highway and lots of vacation rentals surrounding us. So I started having a bit of a negative vibe, as did my wife. While the basics were covered well, there were no "touches" that made this place memorable. The interior wasn't awful, but it just had a dated look. At this point, we just didn't feel like we were on a vacation date...more like a business stay that we had to endure. What really made my view turn to the negative was outside the windows: Super-bright lights wove through the blinds and made it appear as though daybreak were near. That made it really hard to sleep and made us both edgy by morning (Hint: That unit definitely needs blackout curtains!). Overall, for the money, you get a good deal, but if you want a touch of romance, look elsewhere.

Communication was horrible with these people. I wasn’t able to get into my rental for hours!!! Had to stay in my car with my disabled mother, the door code didn’t work upon arrival, no one called me or reached out to me until 6am the next morning, not enough toilet paper for 3day stay, the room had ants in it, no one onsite to ask for help at all!! The people on the phone were rude and had no empathy for me and my mom staying in the car till 6am the next morning.

Dirty. Broken bed. Smells. Stains on “couch”. Gross. Never sat anywhere but at the kitchen table. Which we sanitized just to be comfortable. Could not cook there as planned. Everything dirty or rusted. Floor was sticky and dirty too. It is definitely a flip flop shower experience as well. We made it a mission to not be there long. Staff we saw were very friendly as a plus! We knew it was hot this weekend. But, they did not have one fan. So went out and bought one. Also, no hangers in the wardrobe. My girlfriends and I do 2 trips a year. For the price I wasn’t expecting the ritz. But, we all would have done a hotel instead. Shared beds etc. plenty of nicer places to stay.

Mold on the walls in the bathroom. No screens in any windows. 6 inch gaps in the flooring where the pergo slides freely. No picnic table as advertised. Save your money and look elsewhere. Would not book this location ever again.

The pictures on the website was not what the building nor the room looked like. It was very rundown. The bathroom tiles were broken and all loose. The doorknob came totally off and I was shocked by the outlets.

Disappointed
Photos are misleading. Curtains in front bedroom are light in color providing little privacy and look like they were used to mop the floor. Vent in bathroom was so dirty it barely works. Bathroom floor tiles were loose and broken. One garbage bag for the entire weekend, no entry way mats at front door to wipe feet, no spare blankets and only sheets and a light comforter on the beds.... list goes on. Positive notes: beds are comfortable, and having a kitchen was nice. I wouldn’t feel so “jipped” if this unit was truly $117 a night, but by the time all of the fees were added we paid almost $500 to stay 2 nights and that DEFINITELY was not worth it.

I would not rent this property again. The picture that showed the property was misleading. The inside garbage was full, the key was not in the locked box and I was not given a backup code, the heater in the main living area would not work.

The view at night made this property. There were a few things wrong as far loose tile on bathroom floor, scratches in the wood floor. But after notifying mgmt there response for condition was great.

Misleading photos, mold, and safety issues
Before I drive into the property, I like to start with the excellent response I received from the property manager (Vacasa). They quickly helped us with a partial refund and provided excellent customer service. Now for the property.,.. keeping in mind that this is during COVID. Large amounts of mold on the walls, door lock and latch didn't function, window had been forced open and lock didn't work, and finally chuncks is dried toothpaste on the bathroom walls. Vacasa was great, but pass on the property.

Nice but room for improvement
There’s several things I would recommend fixing. One, the shower rod isn’t installed so it just tumbles off if you bump it. It also allows the shower curtain to drape into the tub. Quite frankly it’s gross. Next the brooms are horrible. The sand is everywhere and that’s fine, you’re at the beach. However, Dollar Tree brooms and dustpans don’t cut it. I had to search and find housekeeping twice just for toilet paper. Six people, five days, two rolls of tp....you do the math. The staff was phenomenal to help when I did find them. The microwave was disgusting (I’m picky but it hasn’t been cleaned in months). I bought cleaner and cleaned it out so I could use it. No one is sweeping under the beds very well...lots of dog hair, also we didn’t have dogs. Love dogs but they need to use better brooms or try vacuuming. Since patrons are responsible for washing dishes some are put away dirty, not staff’s fault. Several windows don’t have screens, that is a teensy bit creepy. The garbage has mold growing in it and needs to be sanitized. I loved the location, we slept great on the beds. We had everything we needed in the condo to cook and have a great time. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! However, I just might bring my own cleaners, a vacuum and maybe a better shower rod, haha!

The place offered the basics we needed. Except we requested more toilet paper as were only provided one roll for 4 females during a 4 day stay, our request was not fulfilled until we chased down housekeeping.

Nice place but.
Tv didn’t work yes the did refund me 37.46. I would use the company again but not stay at this location. Bathroom door was hard to shut. Heat took forever to warm up the place and it’s a small place. Light in the bedroom would flicker on and off. Parking is confusing not sure if it’s one hotel or 2 deferent ones.
