”This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. ”

”Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again! ”

”We will be relocating to the Charlotte area and are in the process of building a home. The cottage proved to be in a very convenient area for us and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The biggest thing is that we felt safe. Also, the rental was so perfectly stocked, we immediately felt very welcomed. There were fresh flowers, fruit, muffins, water, and a snack bag upon arrival. ”Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper...

”We had an amazing trip at this beautiful property. We had a little family weekend away with all age groups from a grandmother in her mid 70s and as young as a grandchild age 16 and everyone had a wonderful time. We had an internet issue that the property manager was outstanding helping with even getting on a three way call with the internet provider twice with me. Couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. We will be back!!!!”
