Memorable Vacation
Leadville Motor Lodge is extremely clean, cozy, warm, & perfectly decorated. The hosts are very nice & communicative while caring for the comfort of their guests. It was a perfect place to stay for a great vacation. My daughter & I had an amazing experience!

Always try to get some end of the season skiing in at Copper & Loveland.This is my 2nd time staying here & did not disappoint. Accommodations are great & communication with property manager very easy. Great to have a French press in the room & the goodie bag is a very nice touch. Wil be back next year!!!

This is a great little place for a visit to Leadville. Great location, easy walk to downtown, and a really nice gift bag in the room. They did a great job renovating to make this a comfortable stay.

We came to Leadville to enjoy a snowy weekend. The motor lodge is nicely renovated and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Owners were responsive and we really appreciated our welcome goodie bag.

Great spot for my husband and I to walk to all the best places in Leadville! Exactly as advertised. Comfy beds and a noise machine. They also left a goody bag with lotion, sunscreen and more! Would definitely stay here again!

Super cute and clean room. Great communication and a lovely welcome note and treats greeted us on arrival. The bed was very comfy, the WIFI was strong, and it was walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. You also get access to a cute shared kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal or socialize with others.

Ok, so don’t judge this book by it’s cover. The outside looks like a standard roadside motel. But the inside is fabulous! Nothing special, but the room was all remodeled. The bed was crazy comfortable with clean, soft sheets. We had an aromatherapy diffuser going when we arrived and soothing music. The goody bag was amazing and included chapstick and sunscreen (which at 10,000ft is definitely needed!) and also a little snack. The mini fridge was stocked with some assorted beverages and there was a French press for coffee in the morning. We were impressed! I would definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it to others!

Clean, well equipped, comfortable and quiet
My room was a converted motel easy walking distance to town. Clean, had everthing I needed. While it is right on the main road through town vehicle noise was never noticeable while inside the room. Room 8 was great for a solo person here to ski Copper Mountain. The group kitchen was clean and met my needs to cook some pasta for dinner.

We have found a new place to stay in Leadville. There were so many little extras that we really appreciated! From the ice cream bars in the freezer to the sound machine and diffuser. There is a lot of great care and concern to take care of their guests and it was much appreciated! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice, very clean! Very comfortable and cozy!! The bed was very comfortable! Walking distance to shopping and dining. The pictures are just slightly misleading in the sense that our room had a smaller refrigerator and we did not have a table and chairs set that we could sit and eat at. Also- parking can be a little tight. Communication was great though, service was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great lodging value in Leadville, CO
I stayed here for four days/nights to ski Copper Mountain. .This is a great place to stay when you want to nestle away from the expensive and overpopulated Vail and Breckinridge ski resorts. The commute to Copper Mountain is an easy one hour round trip. The motel rooms have a rustic flare and are clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I love that it’s also pet friendly and both my pup and I received guest goody bags. Nice little touch! Most importantly, Ting, the property owner and manager, is super responsive with communication and delightfully friendly. Thanks Ting! We look forward to staying at Mountain Peaks Motel again. - Stef & Hugo

Did the trick
The room itself is nothing super fancy, but it's been updated and they've really thought of everything- fans, sound machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, etc. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Most everything has been touched up but they've forgotten a few things (like bathroom door) so it still has some of it's grit showing. Overall I'd recommend it if you need a place to stay for a night or two in Leadville.

Good stay
This place was basically a hotel. Check in was very easy. Which was good since it was pouring rain. It was warm and clean. No complaints. Essential oils and tea and French press were just a bonus. Not sure it was worth the amount when you add in fees and stuff. It is right on the major hwy/road. But overall, it did whati needed and wanted.
