”The restaurant has the best reuben on planet earth. The facilities are not five star, but they are clean and and maintained. they were all decorated for Halloween, which was adorable.”

”Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. ”

”We stayed here for 3 nights recently and the location was terrific - not too far from the trail heads but still quiet and with an awesome view of the night sky. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the trailer was warm during the near freezing overnight temps. Definitely recommend if you are in the area for the Hatfield-McCoy trails.”

”The place is an older "inn style" place. Don't expect extravagant, but it is kept nice and the hosts were very responsive to any messages I sent. The big perk for us was the NO UPCHARGE on pets. The view of the river is awesome and it is off a "main" road. We felt comfortable and safe walking our dogs down the road that this place is located on. It is also really close to the main road and that is really convenient for getting to and from Elkins, Stuarts park, etc. The toilet was having an issue...

”Exactly as pictured on website, including the tree in living room. Great place if you plan on spending majority of time at cabin. Watched deer every evening from rocking chairs. Didn’t spend a lot of time there except for evenings. Wished there was a tv in living room. Comfortable beds & furniture. Overall , a great place.”

”We were a family of 6 adults for the long weekend and loved having the 4 queen beds for a great night sleep. The TV is surreal. The pots and pans were a chefs dream as no flaking Teflon and no sticking food. Loved the full sized washer dryer with our outdoor activities of hiking, boating at Sutton lake (don’t bother fishing there) and fishing on the Elk river where the bass were plentiful. We will be back”

”It’s at the perfect location and it’s very clean and has a huge parking lot to pull around and park and your 2 minutes from some nice restaurants to eat at and good trails all around it even one on the other side the street. Will definitely be back”
