”My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! ”My wife and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this B&B! It is cute spacious up to date and clean. Mr Boose is very much the host and the breakfasts were 5 star! We were about a mile from the Frederick MD historic and shopping district. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we need overnight accomodations in Frederick!”

”The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax”
