”there for my mothers funeral. pleased with cleanliness - interesting have been at other hotels including holiday Inn that were not well maintained so i deduce that it depends on who owns the franchise that makes the difference. this was nice especially for why we were in Lancaster. ”

”We desperately needed a reset and some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Silver Birch cabin was beautiful, clean, and just what we needed. It was pretty well appointed which was great since we cooked several meals there. Our dogs loved the wooded area we were in and it was quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was great for a soak after a long day of hiking. Hocking Hills was in pretty close proximity about a 30 min drive and we did some hikes a little closer at Rockbridge...

”The house was very nice and so clean. Our only complaint is that the tv is old and we couldn’t sign in and binge watch Netflix as planned. ”

”My family (three kids and spouses, 4 grandchildren, one mother in law) spent a week here to celebrate my retirement. The layout worked perfectly with the three older grandkids and their parents in the lower level. It was perfect for our family. Dining table didn't seat everyone, but we brought a card table and put it on one end, and that worked well. This is a great place for a family gathering.”

”This house was exactly what we needed for our big family! The kids lived in the pool and game room, and it was so spacious for all of us. Kitchen is well appointed. Could use a crockpot, but otherwise, 5 stars!!”
