”This was a family vacation trip March 6-9 2025. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were all dirty when we checked in. I actually had to dust the room and restroom we were staying in before we unpacked. I asked for housekeeping the next morning but all they did was make the bed, no vacuuming no throwing out the trash literally just made the bed. ”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”It was a good stay. The standard room is a little bit on the smaller side (especially the bathroom) but it was enough. Parking can get a little tight as other guests noted, but I was able to find parking. The room was quiet. Staff was overall friendly. Wi-Fi was acceptable. Suggestion: it would be nice if the common area had a microwave to use:-)”
