”Excellent location and excellent property condition. Older building but the condo was well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. The walk to the Stagecoach was walkable for a 5 year old girl and her 66 year old grandpa, it’s about 5 minutes each way. The hosts were tremendous with communication. ”The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to Heavenly, Nevada, and downtown South Lake Tahoe. It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable....

We arrived the day before the snowstorm. We walked the trails behind the property before the snow and ran into several locals who were very friendly. ”The Sunset Getaway gets everything right! The cabin is very cozy and the furniture and beds are so comfortable. The communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. We walked in to a lovely fire going in the fireplace and everything was immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the television set up...just hook up your computer and you are good to go. This is perhaps the best run property that I have ever stayed. We loved our time here. ”
