”Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. ”Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions.
