”They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central ”

”The apartments were very large, cozy, bright. We found everything we needed in them (dishes, toiletries). Before our arrival, the owner contacted us via whatsapp and explained everything.
