”Lovely cabin, looked a little dated as all we could book at late notice was the economy option but everything worked as it should. Great location in the centre of Halls Gap with the canyon walls as a backdrop. So easy to reach restaurants & bars. Climbs through the rocks of varying difficulties. Facilities clean and plenty of wildlife to watch. We will come back.”

”Loved the kangaroos. A pic of them posing was literally taken into consideration when looking for a place. As other reviews stated AC was in living room. Bedroom got hot when doors closed. Bathroom was good. Plenty of beds to choose. Kitchen was welcome though we didny get to use. We we disappointed we didnt get to stick around longer to enjoy the place and amenities.”

”We love the unit which backs onto the reserve at the back. The view is lovely of kangaroos and emus from the back windows. The nice big dining table is good for playing games on. The only problem is the parking as we had to reverse in our cars because our unit is the back unit and the back car port is shared. If the front unit has its own car port in front then the parking problem would be solved.”

”Had an incredible stay! The accommodation was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, with thoughtful architecture that made the space feel welcoming and relaxing. It was equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in. The surrounding wildlife was abundant and added an extra touch of magic to the experience. ”Sehr altes kleines Haus. Bett war sauber. Bad sehr klein aber neu und sauber. Sehr gute Waschmaschine und Trockner. Aber wenn die Waschmaschine schleudert vibriert das ganze Haus.Geschirr wurde leider von vorigen Gästen schmutzig in den Kasten gestellt. Tassen hatten Schimmel darin. Wir haben daher nur 2 Tassen, 2Teller, 2 Gläser und 2 Gabeln sauber gemacht und benützt. Leider kein Geschirrspüler. Der Herd ist sehr ! antik, hat aber funktioniert. Das Beste waren die vielen tollen Tiere rundum....

Host Tara was delightful to deal with and very responsive, we extended our stay over the Aust Day weekend with no issue at all. ”We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Haven. Very relaxing!Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, short drive to main street shops and cafes, or 15-20 min easy walk if felt like it. Noise of cicadas very loud to start with but got used to it quite quickly. Nice deck at front of property, lovely for relaxing with wine and book. Would be very happy to stay again. Many thanks.”
