”DO NOT BOOK! The pictures are not a true representation of this hotel. It is dirty, old (falling apart), everything is at the lowest quality this is not a three star hotel. Room was horrid - thin and cheap pillow, shower that is either too hot or too cold (my young son burnt himself), overcrowded ski area that smells vile and not cleaned well. The staff don’t care or tell you there’s nothing they can do. The biggest regret of our family holiday was to book this place!”

”Got a good deal, and as such, it was value for money. The staff for incredibly helpful, kind and service-minded, which as a saving grace. The hotel is bit worn down, the spa is small and unimpressive, but everthing appeared clean.”

”The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing ”
