”The staff was amazing. Breakfast was extremely limited, not healthy choices, everyday the same. The water did not drain properly on the tub or the sink, the water pressure was weak. The room was clean, the outside was not. The place is in need of serious renovations. ”

”This property is EXCELLENT to stay at. The breakfast is great and the ladies who take care of the items are SUPER friendly and everything is kept fresh! We always try to stay at this properly when we visit UF. The location is great and it is easy on and easy off to Interstate 75. The rooms are clean and very kept up. ”The host's were very friendly and available. The property is in a great location and easily accessible to many natural attractions. The main road has a nice bike / walking path towards town. This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. The above ground pool was welcoming but not ideal for getting in and out of at our age. There is a small bathroom with a shower...

”Very clean and accommodating. There were some small mold spots in the shower but otherwise, it was a great space. The staff was helpful and let us check in early due to the fact that we were coming into town for a funeral. Best breakfast bar I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. Pumpkin spice waffle batter! ”

”We stayed at Steve's RV for 3 nights during our Florida trip. When we arrived, Steve met us at the gate of his property and showed us the way to RV. We enjoyed the secluded quiet environment in the middle of the beautiful forest. You can start your day with a brisk walk through the woods. Steve has a15 minutes hiking trail on his property. ”Was a wonderful property in a very beautiful small town. The interent was out during our stay and did not come back on but that may have been a provider issue and not the fault of the property. Also if you are bringing a dog a wonderful yard but be aware it is not fenced in. We will be staying here again the next ti.e I am up to visit family for sure!”

”The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The owner clearly communicated and check in and out was super easy. We went to Mill Creek Farm the retirement home for horses which was so wonderful and I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed a brewery and winery near by (about 10 min drive) Daft Cow and Beaker. The coffee shop I'd recommend is Doxa (about a 5 min drive). Downtown Alachua itself was a little disappointing. It's unfortunate that there aren't more shops and restaurants...

”Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses.
