She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely. ”

”Good location, quiet area, basic room. There was no minibar/fridge in the room, even though it said so when booking. When asked, the answer was that, unfortunately, there have been difficulties with the delivery. The room was missing some small things, such as towel hooks in the bathroom. There was no closet for clothes.”

”Fabulous location. Definitely search for the Caffe downstairs if you have issues with directions. Streets are for pedestrians, not vehicles, so if you are dropped off prepare to walk. Remember that 2nd floor here isn’t the same as the US. The interior was excellent with ductless heat (2) in the bedroom and hallway to common area. ”We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and it was a comfortable and welcoming space to relax...
