”Staff was excellent and accommodating. Wanted to sit out by the firepit while it was snowing and they were able to do just that. Was such a pretty scene. Room itself was okay. Appreciate the blackout curtains. Bathroom needs an update. Seems like an old property. Drain got clogged at one point. You could take the stopper out but was stuck to the rim so the rim came off too. ”

”I first came across the receptionist named Tabitha, who was amazing very sweet very nice very attentive and made it a pleasant experience when checking in. The only issue that I had was the people that stayed upstairs above me from 9 PM to 5 AM ran and banged and jumped in did everything possible that they could do which made me not be able to get any sleep at all. Great location for going skiing or snow tubing at blue mountain and about 40 minutes to the Poconos outlet”

”House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions. ”
