”The parking was misunderstood. We used two parking spaces. There were additional spaces used by your company vehicles but no place for the additional home on the lot. They came to the door complaining of the parking situation. We had no idea when the home was listed as being available for 6 people that we would have only one parking space.”

”Four friends got together for a much-needed relaxation weekend. It was easy to get to, easy to get to other places, and lots of space for us. The only thing we missed was using the sauna. Having directions posted how it worked, or if it wasn't available would have been nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of rooms/beds and we would stay again.”

”Our stay at Minnesota Point Beach House 3 was great despite the frigid weather! The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and so close to Canal Park. We were there for skiing at Lutsen & Spirit Mountain during MLK weekend so the sauna really hit the spot after a day skiing. The host made our first VRBO experience a breeze. We would definitely book this property again.”

”It was a great location, very clean, rustic, and right on the lake. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, ours was clearly loved for many years dating some pictures of the owners I would guess back to the 70’s-80’s. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was great, sauna and hot tub were HOT which was awesome after a day filled with hiking in the snow.”

”The villas are getting old, they have done a nice job of updating the kitchen and baths, but most of the rest is vintage 1970's. the decks have weiht limits of 6 people which sounds scary, and the emergency exit deck is ready to fall off the building. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, but they are a bit on the pricey end for what you get. ”
