”Had a very enjoyable week at this house. The house probably needs some updating but it served us well. My kids loved the pool and it was awesome to quickly walk down to the beach. The view from the master bedroom and deck is amazing!! We loved watching the sun rise from there each morning.”

”12 adults and 1 child worked out well. Heads up: dining room table has 6 chairs, kitchen counter has 3 stools. We were able to take chairs from the lift for our meals. The stars at night and sounds of the ocean were very peaceful. Close to grocery store.”

”We enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is great. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. If you want luxury accommodations and high quality linens, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are comfortable with simpler tastes, then the accommodations will meet your expectations. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog!”

”We had a great time! We had 3 couples for a fun weekend. The place is set up great for 3 couples. Plenty of room with 2 living rooms to relax. Kitchen is set up for everyone to hang out together. We spent a day at the beach and another 2 days in town. Tons to see and we took a historic tour which was easy to book. We had one issue with the heat / cooling system when we arrived but got an immediate response from the host and it was fixed in minutes. Highly recommend this property! TC /...

The distance to downtown St. Augustine was about 15 minutes, which made the neighborhood nice and quiet as its away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.
