”Rooms were clean and had been updated. Breakfast was decent, staff was wonderful. Easy to find, close to historic downtown.”

”Breakfast appeared fresh. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room BUT - the shower floor was extremely slick!!! I had to constantly hold onto the bar in the shower to maintain my balance and even then, I was very afraid of falling!!! I had to straddle the outer edges of the shower floor to brace myself. ( just get a visual on that - funny to read about but not funny to experience). As much as I like the hotel and I would like to stay here again on my travels, but I don’t know if I will because...

”I’d only suggest maybe a variety of things. We stay at least once per month and all stays have basically the same. This is of course regarding the breakfast. Thank you in advance! ”

”I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

”We stayed for spring break for three nights April 6-8 and unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities but the pool tiki bar and fire pit area all looks great. It was just way too windy and cold for us to really experience them :( Staff was very friendly upon check-in and at the restaurant during breakfast. ”

”Large room and no carpet ? I was sold !! To be honest is not a 5 stars hotel however comply with basic requirements and the price was very fair ! I’ll come back to st Augustine for a weekend to this Hotel for sure !!”

”I wish they should clean more floors. Rooma was nice and bed was clean- but floors were very dirty when we had to clean it for little bit when we came from beach, pool and shower. There was a possible to clean clothes but nobody mentioned how much IT costs. IT was 2,75 dollar per washing and once again per drying. And The cleaner costs 1,25. You should take quarter dollars with you to survive. Luckily the woman at the front disk was helpuful and ghanged us some money. Pleasant stay but dirty...
