”I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room and other facilities. I didn’t like that the fridge in the room was not working and the room thermostat was not easy to operate. It kept reverting to the low temp setting it had when I first entered the room. I mentioned these issues to the front desk attendant and was told that the fridge would only work when it had things in it. He said that if it didn’t work after a while they would switch my room. The elevator is very old and makes concerning noises, and there was hair in the shower area when we arrived. The breakfast options were very limited; however, the food was tasty. Overall, the property needs updates and better maintenance.”

While we were unable to get an ADA room as they were all sold out, I believe that the hotel is listed as an ADA property; yet I could barely get a person with a wheelchair on the elevator.
