”These rooms are very falsely advertised. The bathrooms are so gross. Our tub was not clean and had build up on the drain. There was also hair in the tub. We asked if it could be cleaned, they said they’d send house keeping up. All they did was take out the trash and make the beds. The toilet and trashcan were so gross as well in the bathroom. ”I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”
