”My husband was at Shand‘s for open-heart surgery. I am so happy that I found this Condo. It was perfect to go back-and-forth from the hospital as it is only about 5 to 7 minutes away. it was super clean, stocked nicely, and the washer and dryer made it perfect. The communication from the owner is great. All kinds of shopping and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone going near Shands or UF.”

”Mario and Ramrattee were great hosts. We were in town for our family reunion. They made sure that we had a home away from home. The house was very clean and stocked with amenities and snacks. They ensured that we were comfortable. They were very responsive. We had 6 adults. There was adequate space. I would recommend this property.”

”Condo was very large. Bedding was great. Trek to the beach was a rough experience over the dunes. This could be very rough for some. Entry hallway had cracked tile and doors were missing from laundry. Kitchen and dining room light didn’t work. Pools were very nice and clean. Beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were supplied. Location was close to everything. Great spot.”

”We really enjoyed how quaint and clean the place was, as well as the Pooler's trail being available to trek. It was very peaceful to wake up and hear the birds, know the neighborhood was safe enough for my son to wander around and explore nature and the picnic table. I only wish I had paid closer attention to the no smoking or vaping on the property because my husband vapes, and we wanted to be considerate of the hostess' wishes. ”This house was a great place for a reasonable price. The large spanish moss trees and bright blue paint invites you into the St Augustine vibes. Once we were inside we were blown away with the size of the home that could handle a large group if needed. The stay was great and offered way more than we needed. The bonus was the Billy Strings decore which was unexpected collection!!! It was an amazing place, and thankful for the host to share it with us.”
