Welcome to the Quail's Landing – A Hobbit Hole! Nestled in the hills of Tennessee backcountry, this vacation home offers an altogether unique experience for guests. Sleeping 10, there's enough room to bring the whole family! Enjoy a blend of rustic decor mixed with modern luxuries such as smart TVs, a hot tub, wireless internet, a full kitchen, a propane grill, and lots of rest & relaxation.
You'll be in the middle of it all staying at this home in Kodak, TN! The Whistler's Knoll is a quick 40-minute drive from both Knoxville & the Great Smokies, meaning that you're never far from a day filled with activity. Near the cities of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, you'll never run out of shopping, dining, and entertainment options that line the parkway.
