”The cottages are similar to what you would have found at original North American cottages years ago. The living space was big enough for a family with some newer furniture. ”Beautiful apartment. It had comfortable beds and the entire place was spotless. Views in the morning were amazing. Really appreciated the coffee as well!! It is very remote. Long gravel road off the beaten path. Bring snacks, food and drinks because there is nothing on this stretch of Hwy 1 anyway. We stayed here on our way from Reykjavik to Glacier Lagoon. Perfect spot for an overnight stay. ”
