”Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine. ”Overall this is a good value hotel. For me it worked well as I had been workign in Milton Keynes and was flying from Heathrow on business the next day. It was well priced, accessible and serivce was good. Room was comfortable - if a bit dated. Food was good, bar staff were great, tv had Champions League match I wanted to watch. ”Excellent stay, quiet room and good food. I suggest staying in the main building, as the annexe is far from everything, and the path between the annexe and the main building can get slippery on rainy days (and it rains a lot in England). The wine list and beer selection need improvement.”
