”Our stay at the cottage was the highlight of our trip to Ireland. It is a pastoral paradise nestled in the Irish countryside. The cottage is a comfortable well appointed barn conversion that offers authenticity with all of the comforts of home - complete with a homemade apple tart waiting upon arrival. ”Kind host and responds relatively quickly. It is a bit of a drive from everywhere though so maybe rent a car cause taxis are expensive in area. But great experience overall. The host is very kind and helpful with all questions. Would recommend.”

”This was a great home for my family as we spent a holiday in Ireland with the absolute highlight being the add-on dinner of authentic cuisine on our first night. ”There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot.”

”It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings”

”It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great.”

”A delightful step back in time while having all the modern conveniences. Cottage was renovated beautifully with every attention to detail and in keeping with its old world charm. Sonia, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to really enjoy the cottage in the evenings around the fire.
