”The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.”

”The condo was extremely well appointed with lots of extras (beach supplies, spices, coffee, laundry supplies, etc). We would definitely recommend this condo for a wonderful stay in Naples. Unit is a very short walk from the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub We will be back next year!!!”

”It was nice to be able to walk to 5th Ave and to the Beach. The bathroom was too small for our group. The outdoor furniture and fire pit need to be replaced. The pool and pool furniture were fine. We had a long drive to Fort Myers and ended up moving North after 1 night... I wish we could've received some kind of money back for the other nights, but I get that it is not their policy.”

”A great deal on a rental in the heart of everything Old Naples has to offer. Steps from the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. A short, very manageable walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Unit was perfectly clean, but could use some updates. Especially the bathroom. Also, a pet peeve of mine, but I’m paying hundreds of dollars in fees, I should not have to track down the owner/manager/agent whoever (the listing is unclear) to get basic info like the address and access code.
