"Staff were very friendly, room was nice, spa was in the main area not the bathroom which was a bit weird. Bathroom was very small, hot water took forever to come through and fan didn't work in the bathroom"

House not even clean. Could NOT stay there!
"Back door open, Place dirty, moldy pot on the stove. Men's shoes left there and rubbish bins full. Money was taken from my credit card on booking. No answer from host when reported on arrival. Reported to Stayz for full refund as had to book 2 rooms at a motel instead."
