Ylelliset kalusteet ja tilavat sis��tilat, joiden keskipisteessä on laajat vesinäkymät, täydentävät täydellisesti kauniita ulkotilaa. Hidasta, rentoudu ja valmistaudu elämään niin kuin sen pitäisi olla Coastal Comfort -tilassa. Tämä koti sijaitsee Key Cove Landingsin yksityisessä yhteisössä, yksinoikeudella rantakadulla sijaitsevien asuinkodien kaistalla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulu-HD-TV, iso vaatehuone ja lasinen liukuovi, josta pääsee rantaparvekkeelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Kolmas makuuhuone on myös 2. kerroksessa, queen-vuode, taulutelevisio, pääsy parvekkeelle ja oma kylpyhuone. Pääkerroksessa on neljäs makuuhuone vyöryvällä sängyllä. Aulassa on puoli kylpyamme.
Takaosa on yksi tämän kodin kohokohdista: katettu lanai ja uima-allasalue. Katettu ulkoruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti kuuteen uima-altaan ateriaan. Allas on taivaallinen, ja sieltä on näkymät avoveteen ja vierailee haikara trooppisella viheralueella, joka ympäröi takapihaa. Siellä on myös uima-allas-oleskelutila, jossa on mukavat kiesit kannen palassa, joka saa saman verran auringonpaistetta ja varjoa. Takapiha on varustettu suurella propaanigrillillä uima-altaan reunalla.

Three-generation family getaway in mid-March
This is a nice home located nestled between a resort and a Home Depot/Walgreens parking lot. There’s good separation from the commercial parking lots, and you won’t notice noise or light through the strategic walls and plantings. We appreciated that the TVs had streaming services, and that beach towels were available. We also liked having access to cold water and ice through the fridge. While we generally love rentals that don’t keep lots of personal items cluttering the space, we would have loved a few basic items like liquid hand soap, salt and pepper, and more toilet paper and paper towels. (We were eight people staying for a week.) Fortunately, it was easy to get these items at Walgreens. The photo now labeled “Outdoor Wet Bar” is exactly that. It’s beside the pool and has no access to the interior of the house. We’d planned to use it as a secondary kitchenette for guests with food allergies, but that wasn’t a possibility. A fine place to keep some extra drinks, though. The pool was a good temperature and a hit with the kids! We had a nice time but would probably choose a hotel or multiple smaller rentals if returning with this same multi-generational group. I think this particular layout might work nicely for one family with several kids, or perhaps for adult friends on a getaway.

Great stay
Great property. A couple of things: Could use more facecloths, another iron with a cord longer than 2’. Drain in the shower of the master BR is very slow draining. The fan in the middle BR is not working well, if at all. The CO2 detector was beeping and had to be replaced - which was done quickly. Victor was very pleasant and professional. Overall though, a very nice place. We enjoyed our stay.

Christmas family vacation with our two college age kids. It was the perfect location and setup!
Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Our son enjoyed the hammock swings. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the closeness to Key West and all of our activities without being right in the hustle and bustle of the city!!

Coastal Comfort Fall 2023
The house was fabulous and in a fabulous spot. It was close enough to bike into Old Town but away from the crowds and noise that can accompany that. House was clean and comfy. Garage can hold 2 cars and drive can accommodate 2 cars as well. Private pool and yard were lovely. Some reviews remarked on the lack of sun in the yard which is true, it faces north, but the pool was warm and we had no issue with that. The only improvement I might suggest is a privacy screen on the right side of the porch to block the neighboring house, but most people probably wouldn’t be bothered by that. The view is so captivating that you don’t spend much time looking at the neighbors. Really, to have that view and overall privacy was a dream! Highly recommend this rental.

We loved it!!!
Thank you for tending to our needs like you were able to do! The home was huge and spacious. There is so much to do at the house and in Key West. Our house had four bedrooms, and it was more than enough for our family. We really enjoyed having a pool. The only thing is it’s very shady so you won’t get a suntan unless you pull some chairs out the front of the home. Also, there is no heat in the home so be careful if you are coming during the winter months.. It only affected us because of the arctic blast we had at the end of 2022. Some of the homes do have heat and some of them don’t. But it’s not a problem for majority of the time in Key West. Javier and Doug were amazing to deal with and we really appreciate it then going the extra mile for us. We needed to stay a little longer the last day, and they let us do that which was very kind. The home is right on the water and the neighborhood is adorable! We easily rented mopeds and had a ball! The house itself had everything that we needed and they thought of everything we would need in advance. We will come back again, and certainly stay with you! Thanks for a great trip!!!

Quiet area. Great to be able to park in garage. Porches were really nice views. Could use more comfy porch furniture. Close to town. Shopping close. Floors were dirty like they just mop with dirty water. Be careful getting out of shower floors very slippery, no bath mats and not enough towels. The pool area got no sun. Maybe in the summer months it would. Kitchen was large and had a wine cooler and ice maker. Some dishes chipped. Loved the laundry machine they even provided some laundry soap and dryer sheets. Perfect for 6-8 people only 2 double beds and 4 twin.

Great location, beautiful view!
Great property for families ! Super clean and check in was a breeze! Walking distance to Walgreens and groceries are super close. Everything is very close ! Wrap around balcony has a beautiful view of the water and sunset ! Property Manager was readily available for any questions. Personal garage to home was very convenient ! If you prefer delivery, all the food apps are available and if you prefer to not rent a vehicle, Uber responds quickly and very affordable ! The Duval area is very crowded and easier to Uber there and back.

Great Place to Relax
Others have written it was noisy, we did not find that to be the case. We found it quiet and enjoyable-- even with the people next door partying they were mindful of the quiet curfew. The views of the water were awesome. We enjoyed using the kitchen and made many meals there. Others wrote there were 2 twin bed rooms which was not great when traveling with couples, however if you ask the management they will make the twins into a king in both rooms. There are 3 and 1/2 baths, and the 3 baths are ensuite-- so if you are using the 4th bedroom they will have to come into one of the other bedrooms to get to a bathroom to shower. As someone noted, the pool is in a shaded area, but there is nothing that can be done about that. The area where the chaise loungers sit has sun late in the day. The pictures on line of this house are not this house but the one at the opposite end of the row of 10 and vice versa. This house has the blue sofas and white table and counter stools. We enjoyed ourselves. You can walk to some things, but probably not Duval Street. You can walk to the Stoned Crab, to several grocery stores, and to the Trolley stop.
