”This was our second time staying at 16 Bay View. Our first time was awesome. This time the room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar area and staff were wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The issue we had was with house keeping. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and checked out on Friday morning. House keeping came in one time to (Wednesday morning) to empty our trash can. That was it. No clean towels, no bed service, no room cleaning at all. For the...
