”We first stayed at the Marriott Los Suenos twenty years ago. We came twice then and loved it. We came for the sport fishing and were not disappointed. The marina then was small and we had great access to all the sport fishing boats but now it has gotten very exclusive and if you’re not actually on a boat, you can’t access the docks. The hotel was smaller then but fantastic. It has gotten bigger but not better. The staff was great but the tile floors make the hallways noisy and people talking out...

”Everything was excellent! Food was awesome with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Eduardo at the front desk. The pool was great with different options. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the beach. I would definitely recommend this property. I am already thinking about going back next year. ”

”Positives: the views, the views, the views! Breakfast selections and service were excellent. Loved that breakfast was included. Lunch and drink selections were great. Enjoyed the pools and location. Negatives: The furniture in our room was very uncomfortable...bed was extremely from and had a wide wooden frame around the mattress which made it difficult to get in and out, futon/couch was overly soft and hard to get out of, chairs both in the room and on the balcony were inexpensive plastic...

”The hotel was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool for breakfast and then going for a swim. They also made some really good cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and very polite. The food and service at the YOLO restaurant was top notch. They had either live music or a DJ which we loved. Joshua at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us make all our plans and made sure we always had what we needed. Only complaint I would...

”Fantastic customer service started before we even checked in. The front desk woman helped place an order at the restaurant to be ready when we got there because we were arriving later than expected with sleepy kids. We were welcomed with yummy welcome drink which the kids loved and then shown to our room. Our dinner was brought right up which was so nice! A hidden gem

"I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was spaceous and bed very comfy. There is free tea and popcorn and the terrace is a nice bonus. Breakfast was also good. Staff is very friendly and eager to help the guests. The B&B is about 5 min walk away from shops and restaurants. Altough it's Down/uphill. There is a corner shop and a soda few steps away, but I didn't try them. 4 star hotel for me. "

Noisy stay

"We stayed in a room below the restaurant and woke up each morning latest at 6.30 because they were moving the furniture. In the evening there was noise until 21-22.00. Food was tasty and the restaurant staff is nice. We booked an ATV tour from reception but they did not confirm it with the tour company. They did not come to pick us up and we wasted 1 day. We asked for refund of 1 day but did not receive it. Better to book tours online. Guests are feeding wild monkeys with pancakes and cookies and the staff allows it. The tiles at the bottom of the pool are coming off. Good location close to park and nice sea view."
