”When paying 720$ per night for a week, you expect things to work. When you are not able to check-out due to system update and when boarding your flight you get to pay additional 200$ without receipt or any explanation, you never visit the hotel again.”

”The customer service was great ! But when I got there there was rat feces in the bed the counter and the bathroom so they came and cleaned and took the poop. The house keepers have great communication skills and very polite good service overall.”

”Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place.”
