”This the most beautiful and modern Hotel in Hot Springs! Not to mention it is right next to the Lake ! Our room was facing theblake so we had one of the best views.. Service was grand, specially with their great trademark cookies!! ”

”Everything was great, except for the shower gel was too high for short people. And, I was used to being or having a complementary breakfast at all the other facilities I’ve ever stayed at this was the first hotel that I had to pay for breakfast which I did not I ate elsewhere.”

”The property was in a preferred location. Fit and finish could be in line for an update as there was wear in carpet, furniture, and doors. The staff was excellent!”

”It was a little difficult to get into my room. The key card did not work so I had to go back to the front desk in the pouring rain. The staff fixed it, and I did not have any problems afterwards getting into my room.”

”Bathroom had sticky floor, white socks turned dirty from walking on carpet. Breakfast was hot and decent Noisy guests - not the fault of hotel”

”The front desk lady attended was very helpful kind and caring I do belive her name was Marka she even offered to give me personal weather updates we left Missouri due to bad weather coming in and ended up in Fort Smith Arkansas thanks for making us feel welcomed ”
