Getting the keys was a bit confusing but easy once really reading the information in detail. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but other than that clean property, nice location and great town! ”

”Very much enjoyed staying here. We were in town for a conference. The place was very clean and comfortable and getting there was like an escape room, ie, upon arrival, go to locker 8, enter code, get transponder, place on dashboard, park car in designated spot, enter code from garage, enter code in elevator, enter code to room.... My point being you're not getting in if you don't belong there. The apt had a full size fridge and kitchen, along with dishes, silverware and pots and pans and...

”Check in with the portal was a hassle. Took longer to receive safe lock code and instructions. Then once we got to our room, getting ready to go to bed… that’s when we noticed there were bed bugs! We called to customer service and we were glad they accommodated us a different room.”

”It was easy check in and nice place! Only problem I had was that the place elevators and my room had this horrible smell to it l, that smelt like dead rats and roaches or something crazy! It was gross but outside of that, if recommend!”
