”The customer service at this hotel is impressive. At check in I had a little tumble with no injury. Me , being a no fuss person thought nothing of it. To my surprise the staff informed the manager on duty who not only apologized for the incident but went over and above to give my partner and i a room upgrade. ”The hotel is alright,maybe not 4 stars,more like 3. Pools were quite dirty,the water was greyish ( you couldn't see the bottom) and they let people swim with clothes on(!),someone even had shoes on while swimming. Food was ok..not a lot options for children at the dinner. At the dinner many times we got our drinks after we've already eaten,so quite slow service. Evening entertainment was really nice and fun. Room was okay,some parts of the room oldish but the bed was good. We got one big problem...

”Hotellialue on laaja sisältäen lukuisia ravintoloita, baareja ja allas-alueita. Majoitusta on tarjolla monissa eri rakennuksissa. Meillä oli 3 x Deluxe huone hotellin Maridadi-osassa. Huoneet olivat tilavat, mukavat ja siistit. Isot parvekkeet kohti merta. Hieman toki pieniä vikoja jne, mutta kaikkia yritettiin kovasti korjata, kun pyydettiin. Ruokapaikkoja oli riittävästi, ei tungosta ja kaikki tarjottu ruoka oli maittavaa ja aamiaiset runsaita. Myös monipuolinen all...

”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced. We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...

”Stayed for 6 nights with kids and was upgraded. The room was super clean, staff service was great. While the food was good options are limited. I didnt like the snack pool as it seems to require better care (was not clear/clean enough). But we really enjoyed our stay.”

”This was the most magical vacation and guesthouse that we have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating (and always available) and we LOVED the big and beautiful pool. I think floating around in the water at night with the palm trees swaying above me was the most magical experience I have ever had.
