”Great Hotel in a very good location close to main sites, transportation, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and also the gym, pool and sauna. Best of all was however the fantastic service we got from the Concierges. They helped us both before and during the stay to book tickets for different sights and restaurants and gave a lot of helpful information. A huge thank you to Yina, Karen, Paul and the rest of the team. Best service we have ever been given.”

”The look and the old genuine feeling of the hotel is what makes it special. This really looks and feels like a modarnized old chinese Palace. The location is good with short walk for shopping and old Town. The hotel is comfortable, but compared to a new modern hotel it's less comfortable. The shower has low water pressure, and the toilet could hardly flush. But things worked.”

”We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...
