Look no further…
This property is amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! There were seven of us in total, and we had the most amazing time. The property is perfectly located at the beginning of the bike path. You can walk to town, rent bikes, swim in the pool or hot tub, or hit the beach. We have five children that range in age from 7 years old to 13 years old. This house was absolutely perfect for a “free range “situation while we were cleaning up or packing for the beach or hiking, the kids could do their own thing safely with a short distance. The owner, Caleb, was super responsive. Check in and check out were super smooth. Thank you so much for having us! We hope to return someday!

Great host and location
This location is great to see both North and South of the island as it is centrally located on the East coast, near the airport. I find if you stay on the North or South, you may feel a bit limited. With Lihue/Kapaa/etc so close, you have plenty of dining aroud the corner. There are some very easily accessed beaches, or jump in the car to go to some of the more "top 10" beaches within 20-30 minutes. The host contacted us very kindly during our stay offering assistance. I honestly was enjoying myself so much, I forgot to even reach out. Also the guide book was surprisingly incredible! It became a running joke with our group of 4 adults It was nice to do a load of laundry. We caught a couple fish on a charter and had everything to prepare a full meal at the house. We enjoyed a nice hot tub to decompress at night after hike! All was clean and easy. A very friendly dog next door came to visit on occasion- big highlight with our crew.

We had a wonderful stay in the very well appointed Kauai Beach house in Kapa’a. The house is in a great central location for seeing Kauai’s sights! We enjoyed the lovely furnishings, the gorgeous view and well stocked kitchen as well.

Relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation at this property. Pool is smallish and was chilly (Dec) but the kids still braved it. However the hot tub saw consistent use! Some of the jets had been turned off & shot out mold/algae scum when we turned them on, but it mostly cleared after a day. Appreciated the use of water toys, and we tried the paddle board just down the beach in the calm, protected tide pool area. Plenty of living space for family (4 adults, 2 kids) to spread out.

Great location - easy drive to Puipo, Waimea, Hanalei and obviously Kapa'a. The kitchen had all the small appliances we needed, plus the propane grill on the patio made a great way to save a bit on meals. We didn't get to see the sun rise out of the ocean because of the weather, but being steps from the beach and having nobody between our patio and the water was beautiful. The hot tub got used by somebody almost every night, and Brenda was a great help for quick questions. We would love to come back, and would recommend the place to friends.

Wonderful beach house
We stayed at the Moana Kai Beach House for a week in November and fell in love with the location and house. We visited with my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and mother-in-law that turned 90 this year, she said it was the best house she had ever stayed at in Hawaii…and this trip was her 22nd trip to the islands. We walked the bike path, watched the sun rise on the beach and really enjoyed watching the kite surfers that came out when the wind picked up near the end of our week. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and cooked several meals at the house. The grocery store was close by. We also ate at several wonderful restaurants within a few miles of the house. We probably should have ventured out more but were so relaxed that we didn’t feel the need to leave the house much. The house was plenty big enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other, and the internet was great and supported a couple of us doing some work on our laptops in the morning before relaxing started. We would not hesitate to stay at the Moana Kai Beach house when traveling with family or friends in the future. Thank you...The Noah Family!

Overall a good place to stay
This house is located on the east part of the island, which makes it a grate location if you are wanting to visit different parts of the island. It felt very central and made it easy to visit the north and south parts of the island. The property manager, Brenda, is also very friendly and brought us donuts from her bakery one morning. The only issues we had when staying here were the fact that one of the showers was not usable for the first couple of days. They notified us the day before that it was being worked on and may not be fixed before our stay. They got it fixed fairly quickly, but communication throughout that process was pretty poor. Additionally, a few things to be aware of when booking this property, 2 of the 3 pool chairs are broken and unusable. There is also a chance you may find some cockroaches in the house. We encountered 3 or 4 throughout our stay, but Brenda brought us some roach houses to put out. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here. The views made up for any issues we had there and we loved hanging with the chickens in the yard!

Great vacation rental
Good location, right on the beach. Pool is shared between 3 houses, but not busy. Hot tub was not working when we were there, but wasn’t a necessity. Booking was straightforward, check-in and check-out were simple. House has all the amenities we needed including water toys, grill, full kitchen that was well stocked. Would stay again.

Beautiful setting convenient to beaches, restaurants and shops
This beautiful home with an ocean view and shared swimming pool met all of the needs of our six person, three generation family (ages 3-72). The eastside location was convenient for travel to the north shore and Waimea Canyon. We enjoyed walking to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We couldn't have imagined a better property for our visit to Kaua'i.

Spectacular!
Property is just as pictured! It is spacious and well appointed. Special details were thought out and appreciated. The property is perfectly located along the coconut coast trail and we were able to use two bikes on this beautiful trail provided by Brenda. Any questions or issues were quickly resolved. My daughter enjoyed the pool, while i enjoyed the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great lanai
I didn’t think we would use the pool much but we ended up using it and the hot tub each night except for wed/Thurs. It (pool) was very dirty after the lawn was cut. Ocean view is nice with the waves not too distant from the back lanai. There is a water feature so you don’t really hear the surf but it is very peaceful with a private feel due to open grass and views. There is a house under construction next door. We didn’t notice any noise from the construction during our stay. The current stage when we were there June 4-10: waiting for siding, the roof was on so they are probably doing a lot of the interior work. It’s a couple minute walk (gate at rear)to the beach and pathway along the coast Wonderful sunrises! We spent most of our home time on the back patio. One neighbor used the pool briefly but it was like having our own pool for most of the stay. The management team was responsive. The first night was a bit warm and the ac wasn’t performing well in the primary bedroom. Brenda and team had it replaced the next day! Shout out to Brenda! Overall good location. Watch out for morning/evening traffic in Kapaa. We knew that going in. House was well stocked with towels,coolers, and other items necessary to cook. Though, only 2 beach chairs. Wish there was a better shade umbrella; any wind and the one provided didn’t do well. We would stay here again based on the overall location, cleanliness and response of the management.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is minutes walk to the beach and the house and yard are beautiful and inviting. The owners and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. Great kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you might need. We had a great time using the kitchen and grill outside to make big family dinners. The beds were super comfy! Even the pull out couch was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful place to stay
Beautiful house in an Awesome location. We stayed here for six days as a family. This house is located halfway between Poipu and Princeville. Great location to either head north or head south. Pool and hot tub were awesome. The house had everything we needed. The morning sunrises are right out the back patio are beautiful. The air Conditioning units in each bedroom were super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beachside and private!
The house was great and the kids loved the private pool. The covered patio with grill, hot tub, and lounge area created a relaxing and private space. Access to the shoreline walking path was great and the sunrises were amazing. We would likely rent this place again. We were somewhat surprised when we arrived to find that this is not a private house as advertised, but one of three units sharing the pool and yard. The neighbors were not really around the backyard and competing for the pool, so it felt very private regardless. The downside of a private home on Kauai is the roosters in the yard crowing nearly all night! Definitely memories of a lifetime for the family! Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful 80th birthday celebration for mom!!!
This property was perfect for our family! My brother and fiancé, my husband and myself took my mom to celebrate her 80th birthday! The beautiful 3 bdrm, 3 bath home was perfect form our stay! My favorite was getting up early ( with a cup of coffee) to see the sunrise from the living room of the beautiful home! When we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful tropical floral arrangement wishing mom a happy birthday! Happy hour and several dinners were enjoyed on the covered lanai. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The house was well stocked and close to grocery stores and close enough to walk (or use my scooter) to wonderful food trucks with freshly caught seafood! The only challenge for me was all of the steps to get into the home. I ended up coming in the back way and the construction workers next door came over and built a simple plywood ramp to make getting into the home manageable! Lovely stay!

Loved the view, could sit and watch the surf all day long. Nice location and unique property. Only drawback was the rain that cased the road in to flood off of Highway 56. There was alternative road if going south. The place was very nice for the 7 of us and we never felt crowded or boxed in. The breeze is exceptional in great room so you don't really need AC. But recommend the AC in all bedrooms and in baths. They might want to upgrade to a Heat pump/ac in the future as the window units are loud.. Kitchen was good, had everything. Thank you for housing us.
