”Great stay but pool and hot tub could have been cleaner ”

”Front desk staff (especially Antoinette) are efficient, helpful and patient. What disappointed me was, i couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to hordes of screaming hockey children, and couldn’t even use the hot tub later because the pool area closes at 10:00. So we paid for a pool i couldn’t use. ”

”This hotel is primarily designed for families who want to use the water park, which was not my primary reason. The bed was soft and the pillows comfortable. Since my room was right next to the waterpark door, it was not very quiet. I also did not have a desk in my room, which I should have checked about when I booked. Good-sized parking lot and lots of food options around. On-site restaurant was decent.”

”This was a very last minute book due to the storm that came rolling in. We booked, and pulled in 20 minutes later, and the had my paperwork printed off and everything ready to go. The staff were top notch, the room was HUGE, extremely comfy beds. So many delish food options for delivery very close by. Parking was a breeze, they were super quick at clearing the snow!
