”The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in allowing us to get into our room early. We had appointments that had a very large gap of time. If she hadn't let us in, we would have had to sit in a waiting room for several hours. She helped us on our check out and held our bags, as well. The hotel was very comfortable and I was very happy to be able to just walk down to the subway level to get to our appointments. ”
