”Staff is extremely professional, polite, helpful, and compassionate. I stayed 4 nights/5 days and saw that the staff is very consistent. The hotel is focused on the needs of this visiting the Mayo Clinic, and I felt it was perfect. It is a 2 block walk to the clinic, and they have a shuttle bus that is very frequent that goes there for those who prefer not to walk. The rooms are very comfortable. This location allows dogs, we had our two big dogs and it worked out perfect.
