”Beautiful well laid out space. The bed was so comfortable it made it hard to get up in the morning! Nice supply of dishes and cookware. Location was amazing, able to wander around downtown and the waterfront. Highly recommend!”

”This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. The landlord was very receptive to our needs. One last thing was the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was of no use. Overall for the price it was...

”At first I was skeptical of the building, but when I went upstairs and saw the inside of the apartment I was relieved to know that the listing was very honest to what it was actually like. Everything was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. There were just a few bugs I had to kill but it wasn’t a bad g deal to me.”

”We stayed with are son who has cancer and was there for surgery. Stairs were so steep and dark. Shower base leaked in the corner. No water pressure. Kitchen is a walkway connecting bedrooms. Dorm size fridge. Tried reporting a man sleeping in his truck outside our door. Took 24 hours for host to do anything. They stated he was in apartment below us. Later that day notice he was back sleeping in his truck where he stayed for the next 2 days. We ended up leave 2 days early and staying at a hotel...

”Property is in a beautiful historical building located within walking distance of many downtown establishments. Also took advantage of the bike trails in the area. Enjoyed the full kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only suggestion might be to upgrade with more comfortable funiture in the living room area. ”We love our trips to the Wabasha area but, have struggled to find a peaceful, relaxing and quiet atmosphere with all the amenities of home; until now! What a gem of a loft!
