”This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. It’s full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Can’t fault it!”

A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. ”The views are amazing. Walking path and the sea right behind house. View after view. Well equipped kitchen with tons of space, comfy living room- and I loved the sunroom out back! This was October weather with occasional rain and wind. Must be truly amazing in summer with outdoor spaces.. convenient for Dorset exploring.”

”Just got back from a great stay at Lyme Barn. Property is spot on for a couple, great access to the best spots on the Jurassic Coast. Ruthie (out host) was lovely- brilliant to communicate with and that makes all the difference. Location is close to the A35 so some road noise which we knew about beforehand and didn't bother us a bit. Looking forward to coming back.”

”Enjoyed a few days get-away with the family before daughters return back to uni. Ideal location to take advantage of quirky shops and large choice of beautiful cafes, ocean views and atmosphere that Swanage has to offer. The property was perfect size for our party of 6 and was well supplied with everything that we needed for our stay. Parking was a challenge, but once spaces were obtained due to great public transport to local beaches and walking distance to the town there was little need to use...

”This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. It had a small enclosed garden which is perfect for Animals and small humans a like. Lots of toys for children are...
