”This place is amazing. Amy was great to work with. Even with the river up all weekend due to generation at the dam and nobody out fishing, we still caught fish. I can only imagine how good that spot would be under good conditions. There are numerous places outside to hang out....in the yard, on the deck, on the other deck, by the fireplace, on the dock, etc. The kitchen and supplies were top notch. Overall, I give the stay a 10/10.”

”We had a wonderful time fishing off the dock and caught multiple trout every day. We also enjoyed playing games in the evening ( Pass the Popcorn was the favorite) and making dinner together. Loved all the seating areas and the house was comfortable, well stocked for any need and cute! Only issue we had is wifi isn't good in area at all so couldn't watch tv and my hubby had to drive to a tower to be able to work. lol We will totally be coming back for more fishing getaways. ”

”I was the grandmother, tending the 3 year old and doing most all of our eat-in cooking. My adult 33 year old son and wife enjoyed the trout fishing and grilled their catch for us. We shared, numerous times, the question of, "How could we have chosen a better quiet, well equipped cabin?" To sum it all up....our family had a great enjoyable time together! ”The home was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Since we were visiting Harding University, we liked that it was a short drive to campus. Searcy restaurants and shopping were also easy to access. The street parking and staired entry wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others with mobility concerns. The hosts communicated in a clear and timely manner from booking through checkout.”

”Great location in quiet, well kept neighborhood. The property is within a couple of miles from family with permanent home in Heber Springs so it was in a very convenient location for us. The toilet in the master bath needs maintenance attention and there were cobwebs seen along baseboards and ceilings. We would definitely stay in the property again as the opportunity arises. ”
