”The property is in the heart of China Town with plenty of choices for food and entertainment, most of which open till very late. It’s also within walking distance from all the tourist destinations in Yokohama. It’s a great spot for pre-cruise accommodation if your embarkation is at Osanbashi. Communication with staff is prompt and courteous. Highly recommended for families with children or teens.”

”Proximity to Tokyo Station and other metro lines is excellent. Was easy to access public transportation to access various parts of the city. We were a party of 5 adults, two using wheelchairs due to limited mobility. They had an elevator and the apartment style worked great for our group. A drawback is they only have an elevator to access the guest room floors. You can use stairs or elevator to move between street level and the lobby on the second floor, however staff told us there wasn’t...

”We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....
