The Waldorf, Astoria, Jerusalem is probably the very best hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many fine ones. The concierge Billet provided such excellent service that we were able to take advantage of many of the sites in Jerusalem that we might not have gotten to had it not been for all of his help. The service in terms of the twice daily cleaning of our room and the spectacular buffet were two more outstanding features of this hotel. The friendly doorman greeted you whenever you left or returned to the premises and helped get you a cab when needed. I would recommend that anybody thinking of going to Jerusalem take the time to read the reviews for this wonderful hotel and consider it as their number one option. I intend to return to Jerusalem one day and will definitely return to the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem.

Appalling, rooms not ready when we arrived, then they gave us an upgrade and that was not available. Room dusty, balcony covered in bird droppings, rooms not tidied unless we called, facilities advertised not available. Would not recommend
