”Beautiful view! The outdoor fireplace facing that view is outstanding. The maintenance person, brought us over a bucket of firewood! Rooms, are very clean- and the food is great!”

However, the room wasn't amazing, it is just older but still clean, and the staff has a habit of knocking on the door pretty early in the morning. ”Got handicap accessible room and handicap chair in shower broke. We spoke with staff and they comped room for one night only. The accident ruined our whole trip and we travelled over 900 miles. We had 2 rooms for 2 days. We eneded up going to the dr due to the fall and realized wrist was broken. We contacted the hotel by emaio and now they wont even respond. Then there were kids running on floor above us until about 2 am.”

”If you are looking for an inexpensive roof over your head and not much else, this is the place. Overall property is very dated 1970's - 80's and worn down. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The room was dimmly lit and the bed was just ok. The water was hot but didnt stay the same temperature, it would go slightly up or down in temperature while you were showering. The worst part was the drain did not drain very fast. So if you take any longer than 5 minutes in the shower you were ankle...

”We were there just before summer season started. So the pool and grounds weren't quite ready. But the room was neat and clean. The staff busy, but helpful. We would definitely return. It was a perfect spot for high peakers!”

”Well let’s start off by dirty towels left in bathroom ..no clean towels stocked or staff had to call and was directed to get them myself in the laundry room ..door lock broken slider door handle broke no WiFi no satellite tv or cable no fire pits like online suggested place has potential but obviously poorly managed over priced for no amenities highly suggest to anyone not to say there”

”My daughter was running in the Lake Placid Marathon and we decided to stay a little out of town. We were very happy to have found this lovely little gem next to the golf course. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The decor was Adirondack chic with queen bunk beds and kitchenette area. We will stay here again and for a longer period of time!”

”Alexandra and Anthonie were both super nice and friendly. When we arrived, they gave us a rundown of nearby restaurants to go and have dinner. Then showed us to our room and amenities. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy, wifi was fast there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The area around the Inn is very cute, my girlfriend and i went for a walk in the nearby park in the morning and visited the Inn bookstore (we ended up buying 5 books lol). ”The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.”

”At the very first moment, the owner Al made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was cosy and comfortable with all the necessary thing one would need. Breakfast was ok. Since we had been on the road for almost two weeks prior to our arrival, Al insisted we use his washing machine to wash our clothes! Had a good time spending one evening at the pool and around the campfire getting to know people. Would recommend this place to anyone that's ever going that way! Good...
