”It's all automated. You get check in via site and receive a door code via text. I had to text asking for the wifi pass, but the replies were prompt. The bed was so comfortable, I got the best night of sleep in a long time and I'll be ordering some of the pillows and towels online. The tub is deep and a good soak was therapy for me. There's also a stand-up shower. The lodge is quieter than a hotel or inn and I could hardly hear other guests, though I still sleep with my favorite sound...

”At the very first moment, the owner Al made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was cosy and comfortable with all the necessary thing one would need. Breakfast was ok. Since we had been on the road for almost two weeks prior to our arrival, Al insisted we use his washing machine to wash our clothes! Had a good time spending one evening at the pool and around the campfire getting to know people. Would recommend this place to anyone that's ever going that way! Good...

”The property was overpriced for what it is. The fire alarm went off at 4:12am and was on for over 20 minutes outside our door, until the fire dept could get it shut off. There is no staff overnight at the property. The worst part is that we had to leave by 6am due to road closures for the Ironman, so being woken up at 4:12am for a false alarm wasn’t ideal. ”
