Upea sijainti. Tämä kodikas mökki sopii kaikkina vuodenaikoina ja on todella viihdyttäjän unelma. Uudistetussa keittiömestarin keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset hauskoja kulinaarisia seikkailuja varten, jos se on sinun juttusi, mukaan lukien viininjäähdytin ja märkäbaari. Tilava työtaso sopii erinomaisesti seurusteluun. Siinä on oma ulkoterassi, jossa on poreallas, uima-allas ja useita oleskelualueita. Tulet kävelyetäisyydellä ravintoloista, kaupoista, paikallisista rannoista, Jamestown-lautasta ja enemmän. Todella harvinainen löytää! Mökki tarjoaa jokaiselle jotakin vuodenajasta. Lämmin ja viihtyisä yöpymispaikka kaupungissa, jossa vierailevat perhe / ystävät talvella. Kun kevät / kesä saapuvat nauttimaan takakannesta ja uima-altaasta. Suuri paikka pienille ryhmille kaupungissa sosiaalisiin tapahtumiin, häihin jne. Ihanteellinen nuorille perheille, joilla on makrilli-lahti ranta ja lapsiystävällinen modernisoitu leikkipaikka käytännössä kadun toisella puolella. Beavertail State Park (4 minuutin ajomatka) on yksi New Englandin viehättävimmistä paikoista. Tuulettaminen Newportiin sillan yli (5 minuutin ajomatka) tai lautta ja ei tarvitse huolehtia pysäköinnistä. 20 minuuttia Narragansettin rannoille ja 10 minuuttia viehättävälle Wickfordin kylälle.

As good as it gets
We arrived to the quaint island of Jamestown with very high expectations and they were met in every way! Steve was such a large part of making our visit the best it could be; he was available to help with all of our requests, but also gave us our privacy, being the perfect host. For those that have never visited Jamestown, it is the perfect getaway for those who enjoy great food, beautiful scenery, and small town charm. We honestly did not need to leave this delightful island. Everything is within walking distance from Jamestown Cottage by the Sea: downtown, Mackerel Cove, victuals, great pizza, a breakfast cafe, the harbor, and even a florist, are all within walking distance. The cottage is spacious, clean, and beautiful, falling in line with the enchantment of Jamestown. Would we go back? As soon as possible!

This house was great and so was the host. We didn’t have enough time to explore the area of Jamestown but the house location was so great. Had all the amenities we needed. Comfy places to sit and relax inside and out. Steve was very responsive and helpful!

Fantastic property, wonderful stay!
We had the perfect stay. The house was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials and more. Everything was so well organized and we were never at a loss for finding anything we needed because everything was labeled so clearly. The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit were a nice addition and the house lived comfortably with multiple sitting and gathering areas. The convenience of location to the park, shops, beach and restaurants was paramount. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and worked to accommodate all our needs both before we arrived and during our stay. We look forward to coming back and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfect retreat

Family reunion
My adult children came in from all over the country for a family get together. The house was fantastic- immaculately clean, well appointed, super comfortable seating and beds. High quality towels and sheets and the host was great! Super responsive. Oh and the back yard with the pool was awesome. 10 out of ten on every aspect of the stay!

Family Vacation
Perfect location! Short walk to get breakfast or a coffee in the morning and in the evenings an even shorter walk to the ice cream shop. My kids loved it. They would walk into town to get pizza. I finally felt relaxed on a family vacation since there was plenty to do in and around Jamestown as well as Newport. The pool float that Steve bought for us was fantastic. I would float and read my book. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Holiday Cottage
This cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Even though we did not do the cooking, we certainly could have. The kitchen was nicely equipped and Steve even offered to make a special set of dishes available for us. Steve was very attentive to every detail. Check in was super easy, everything was clean, and the showers were stocked with toiletries. There is a great outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit table which we did not use due to all the other activities we had planned but I would love to come back some day.

Amazing Attentive Host!
A great fall weekend stay just outside of Newport. Family of 5 slept comfortably. Very clean! It is obvious that Steve takes a lot of pride in his home. Communication with him was great throughout our weekend, making sure we had what we needed. Always love communicating directly with the home owner rather a business!

My family of five stayed at Steve’s cottage home this weekend. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and in full working order. Steve’s labels and instruction manual was very clear and helpful, yet he still checked in with me to see if there was anything we needed. Terrific Respite
Steve is a fantastic host. He keeps you informed every step of the way. My family and I returned to Jamestown to disperse my husbands remains back to his happy place. Steve was very compassionate and made our stay very comfortable. It was a great respite during a difficult time. Fantastic summer week
Steve was a phenomenal host. He was attentive, flexible, helpful, and earnestly wanted our family to have a relaxing and memorable week. The property itself is well located and the pool and hot tub in the backyard were great, especially with kids. The town is dog friendly and it was great to be able to bring our dog on the trip with us. Highly recommend Steve's house for a family trip.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend Stay in Jamestown
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic cottage. Stephen was a great host and we really appreciated his communication and advice. The perfect getaway!
This charming house was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. Very clean and well appointed. We were there celebrating my daughter's sweet 16 and the outside area with pool, hot tub, and firepit area was perfect for hanging out. There were also ample spaces to sit and relax inside. Beds were cozy and kitchen was large and well-stocked. Walking distance to the small downtown area, market, bakery, convenience store and more. Steve was a very attentive host. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!
