Sue Casa is a 1200 sq. ft. home located in a neighborhood in Jacksonville Beach.

You will have the entire home to yourself, with private driveway parking.

What this home offers:.

-Large fully equipped kitchen, cooking utensils including microwave.

-Kerig coffee maker, with complimentary coffee and tea.

-two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, including sheets, towels and bath soap.
Each bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen tv.

More memories made
This was my third stay here, the second Christmas with Mom as well. We both love it here. Having two masters really gives a feel of being at home. The backyard overlooking the water was a favorite of not only Mom and I but the dogs as well. The house is stocked with everything you could need. We prepared meals as well as made some homemade desserts for holiday gatherings without needing anything outside of the house. The neighbors I encountered were friendly and courteous. The host is super nice and responds promptly to communications. On top of all that, the property is located within miles of the beach, a cornucopia of restaurants, shops and downtown Jax is about twenty something minutes away. Love this place!

Perfect Place!
This was a perfect little home! The location was close to everything. The house was well stocked and clean. I am impressed with the quality of the paper products, soaps, and the comfort of the beds and pillows. We felt very at home. The back yard was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the canal. We watched the cranes fishing for their supper from the deck. So cool. We will stay again. Nick is a wonderful host!

Perfect Mother Daughters Weekend
This property was amazing!! The fall decorations and welcome note with cookies and banana bread were an awesome personal touch :) We had everything we could possibly need in this super clean, cute, and well stocked home away from home, with a nice back deck to enjoy the view of the water. We were a short Uber ride from Fin Fest at Jacksonville Beach where we spent the day enjoying the festival, walking on the fishing pier, eating lunch at Margaritaville and then we walked to Wick N Twisted to dodge the rain and make some candles. Arriving back at our home away from home we played games and streamed movies on the big screen TV. Thanks for everything Nicholas!!

Perfect home and amenities
The home is beautiful. The rooms, including bedrooms are spacious and provide all the amenities that one needs when I had a question, the owner responded immediately. It is also the perfect location If you are going to the beach, looking for a supermarket or somewhere to eat, shopping, or need to be there for medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic.
