”Beach access and views outstanding.Sunrises were spectacular.Grocery and restaurants within easy reach.Owners were easy to talk with.Condo itself may need a new more comfortable couch, four not two regular sized dining room chairs, a fridge with icemaker and new sets of towels and sheets.to be perfect.”

”We loved this property! The location is perfect for our needs and the view of the ocean was wonderful. I love to sit on the balcony and have my coffee watching the waves. The elevator was a wonderful plus as I am handicapped. Someone complained about the front door being hard to close but it wasn’t if you turned the door knob. Definitely coming back to this location on future trips! ”

”The place was ok. The curtains really need to be taken down and washed. They might want to make people aware that the coffee machine uses pods. The views of the ocean were nice to wake up to. It had enough room for the amount of people who stayed there”

”The place was great! There was lots of space for everyone to sit and we had a great Christmas. The mattresses were very soft and I was not allowed to bring my sister’s Hypoallergenic dog because there ar eno pets allowed but my son had a major allergy attack so someone brought a dog into the house (I’m guessing the previous renters…?) Otherwise it was wonderful and we had a great time. I would definitely rent this place again - I will bring allergy medicine next time”

”Overall our stay was good. Check in was super easy and communication with booking was good. The condo location is right on the beach with easy beach access. The beach access had a new ramp which was very nice.You couldn't ask for a better location in relation to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants, all are right there at the condo. The condo is spacious and quiet. Condo parking was adequate and public parking is right there next to the condo.The condo could use a deep clean, fresh coat of...

”This property is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The property was pristine - including not only the condo but the entire property. It was equipped with everything you could want - and more. The location was perfect for what we needed and the view was exceptional. Kim is the best host I have ever dealt with. She was super responsive and very helpful. I can’t recommend this property enough. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. I can’t recommend it enough! ...

”This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It’s close to the pier and restaurants. It’s a charming, cozy studio condo, perfect for a couple It’s gated and is directly on the beach. There’s a path to the beach but there’s a public walkway also. The owners are very attentive. Gary was quick to respond and took care of a small issue for us. He was great. We love this part of Jax beach. We hope to stay there again. Wish we were still there! ”

”Great location near the pier. Beach was not crowded in front of this condo. Nice pool and building was gated and felt safe. Kevin was prompt with responses to questions. Lots of space in the condo and on the balcony. Would stay here again if in the area. ”
