”This is an amazing rental. First, the owners are quick to answers any questions or concerns (which I had none). The rental is very clean and well stocked with any needed items you may need for your stay. Beach access is a quick 100 yard walk across the gated parking lot. Walking distance to 5 or 6 great restaurants / pubs. Overall if I could have given 10 stars I would have. ”

”Staying on the beach made this vacation a great choice. This particular condo is on the fourth floor with great views and easy access to the beach. It is dog friendly, just about everyone there had a dog. Consequently, the furniture is simple (but was comfortable), a bit worn, but clean. All our needs were met, air, heat, bed, linens, adequate equipped kitchen. Location and area were easy to walk aroung, several nice dining options nearby. We would rent again, especially if we need to...

”Holly was a perfect host. The place was very clean and comfortable! Everything we needed for cooking and beaching. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach from our room. Great location. Less than a mile to an area with lots of restaurants. About a 20 minute drive to museums in Jax. 35 minutes to St Augustine. ”

”Great condo on the ocean. First floor unit was great for morning coffees by the pool. Not heated but nice anyway. Pool bathroom a surprise. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, bedrooms at opposite ends of unit was nice. Nice master shower. Also parking was so convenient to the unit. Felt like valet parking! Lol. A short walk to the beach from the gate, great access to the beach. Very clean property, both inside and out. I would come here again! ”
