”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”I would highly recommend this hotel. The manager was there, to personally greet me and to ensure I had arrived safely. My luggage was taken directly to my room which was very clean and spacious. I had a beautiful view across the desert, watching the sun rise and set and seeing the hot air balloons was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and the staff were so friendly, kind and hospitable.”

”Clean room. Close to some tourist attractions. Since it's very hot in Luxor, some food items on their breakfast need to be refrigerated like yogurt, cheese, etc. to avoid spoilage. Just be careful of anything you eat to avoid stomach issues. Staff very helpful. Good hotel for those on budget.”
