”First we had a small room without balcony although I had booked a Nile view room. But we got a huge room with a balcony overlooking the amazing garden. The hotel is a bit rundown but lovely. Breakfast was excellent. All in all wonderful three days”

”Had a great stay here! Spent two nights and, as a solo female traveler, felt safe and comfortable here. It was located in a good area and had nice amenities like a pool, bar, and good menu of items at their rooftop restaurant (the kofta was fantastic). They also offer laundry service and massages, or can arrange rides for you

”Mr. Ali and Abdullah, as well as the complete hotel staff takes care of us on all aspects. They are super friendly, that make you feel like they are your family.
They provided us the best options possible for visiting so many places in few days at the best price.
They really made as feel very comfortable… you can trust them very quickly.
For sure I fully recommend Shady Hotel in Luxor, they exceeded my expectations!!!”

”Al Moudira Hotel was the absolute highlight of my trip. I originally booked two nights and ended up staying six, which really says everything.
The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the entire property feels like an oasis. The food was excellent, and breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh products sourced directly from their own farm on the property.
Al Moudira was a stark contrast to every other place I stayed in...

”Djorff Palace was a quiet oasis on the West Bank of the Nile away from the chaos of Luxor. The hotel is an Arabian architectural marvel, straight out of an Arabian story. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel's boat service across the Nile which does incur a small fee takes you to any location on the East bank. The water meadows around the hotel, where the water buffalo graze ,are a haven for numerous species of birds. The lunch...
