”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money. ”

”First we had a small room without balcony although I had booked a Nile view room. But we got a huge room with a balcony overlooking the amazing garden. The hotel is a bit rundown but lovely. Breakfast was excellent. All in all wonderful three days”
