”I absolutely loved everything about this place. From the cost to the availability of everything the location. The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to how they interacted with the kids during activities! I wish the water and pools were warmer but still wonderful! The atmosphere was on point! We would definitely stay here again!”

”With the theme park closed we got a great rate on the room so we figured why not. Enjoyed all the memorabilia of Dolly’s that were displayed. He dinner at the Song & Hearth which was good but we were seated in the back all by ourselves which given the hotel was not filled was a bit disappointing. ”

”This was a cute cozy place.. had coffee, juice hot chocolate and fruits and donuts in the lobby anytime you wanted them, day or night .. also all the staff was extremely nice also loved the fire pit outside and the heated pool and hot tub ”

”I stayed at The Inn on the River for my son's wedding in Pigeon Forge at the end of January. We asked for an upgrade to the river side and the front desk was very accommodating. Brandon, in particular, was incredibly helpful when I needed the "mother of the groom" speech printed. (The "business center" was pretty ineffective with an ancient computer, so Brandon helped!) Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and very professional. It is right on the main street and close to so much....

”Arrived a bit early, and was welcomed by a pleasant attendant at the front desk, whom gladly let us check in early!! Extremely nice and clean!! Our suite was spacious and super quiet!! Would stay again!”
